Hi, I'm Rowan a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, EMCC Global Mentor Practitioner, and proud two-time Olympian, Olympic Bronze Medallist and World Champion.

With over a decade of experience in elite sport, I’ve learned that true performance isn’t just about physical strength- it’s about mindset, consistency, and building habits that last. Whether you're a complete beginner looking to start your fitness journey, an athlete aiming to sharpen your edge, or someone seeking clarity and direction through mentoring, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

  • These Six -Week Plans are designed to build your fitness through structured, progressive sessions on the rowing machine. Whether you're just getting started or looking to push your performance, there's a plan for you. Each level includes 3 targeted rowing sessions per week, tailored to your current ability and gradually increasing in intensity and volume to ensure continued progress.
